Loft Conversion on a terraced house
After the birth of their second child, this couple needed more space, selling their house and moving up the property ladder was out of the question. In this small terraced house where space is at a premium, we suggested a loft conversion to give them an extra bedroom. Fortunately they didn’t need planning permission as the work fell within their rights, under permitted development. A good set of well thought out plans, enabled them to get competitive quotes for the work and have it converted quickly, with the minimum of disruption.

We choose KCR Design because we were impressed by their previous work. Initial plans were drawn up very quickly and we were led through the planning process, being given invaluable advice along the way. The same was true of the Building Regulations. Even when we wanted to change things on the drawings, nothing was too much trouble.
