We design your loft conversion using the latest industry standard CAD software, printed in-house on our large format printer. Once you see your plans on paper you may want to change things; you can do this as many times as you like, free of charge, until your new conversion is exactly how you would like it.

Despite the fact most loft conversions do not need planning permission, they all need building control approval, to ensure the build is structurally sound and complies with all the requirements of a modern build project. We’ll get that approval for you, as part of our service.
