Planning Drawings
If you decide to go ahead with your quotation from us to undertake your plans, the next stage is a full measured survey of your home. The survey takes approx 1-2 hours and can be scheduled for a time convenient to you.
It then takes about a week to produce your plans, these are done on full size architectural A1 paper and completed using the latest version of AutoCad to ensure accuracy.
We will come and see you to show you the plans and discuss any changes or improvements that could be made, again this is done at a time convenient to you. This process can be repeated as many times as you wish, to make sure your plans are exactly how you would like them.
Once your happy, we supply you with a complete set of plans along with a specification for building control. We submit the plans for you along with all the relevant paperwork, including Ordnance Survey Maps, to your Local Planning Authority.
